HELP desperately needed with full author listing in Bibliography for my dissertation

Hi everyone...

I've been using MS Word for collating the vast majority of the references used in my dissertation. To my horror (and how I have not noticed this yet I do not know) the bibliography does NOT contain all authors surnames and initials (which I need it to).

I have been using the 'Harvard-Anglia'. I have tried downloading different Harvard formats in .xsl format... does anybody know which one (if any) will display the full list of authors for every reference cited in the bibliography?

I've changed format to Harvard GPSA which has resolved the names but now does not recognise my electronic source or website references...?
