Default strip extra information from email addresses

Sometimes I send email to a large group of friends. If I copy and paste that list from Outlook's TO: line into Word, I get a list like the one below:

jane doe <janedoe@yahoo.com>

Heaven, Seven (sevenheaven@sbcglobal.net)
Jeff Buddy (Jeff@buddy.com)

Between contacts I have entered and the "autocomplete" addresses that Outlook stores, the addresses have different displays of information.

How can I create a "find and replace" that will find and remove text from the beginning of the line up to and including the < or ( ? If I can get that much done, then it's simple to search and replace with nothing the ending > or )

You can do this with a wildcard Find/Replace, where:
Find = [!^13^l;]@\<([!\>]@)\>
Replace = \1
Do note that the above won't work if the actual email addresses have already been converted to hyperlinks.

Note: If you're regularly send emails to groups of people, create one or more groups for them in Outlook. That way, you don't need to input each recipient's email address individually.
