Question Letter Templates

I currently use a template letter that I have made to respond to applications (rejection letters). However, it is time consuming and I am positive there is a quicker way than just inputting address after address. Is there a software or something that can help me do this quicker? Like a pop-up form, so I don't have to tab/enter/scroll down to the fields I need to fill out.
I know this has quite a few possiblities that I haven't even begun to think of, I was wondering where to start.
Thanks for any help!

Could you post the template letter so that we can see what you already have?!

I have created a form that opens with the document - it has sections for name and address. You use the tab button to move through the boxes and click OK to enter the data into the document.

It has a clear button to empty the data boxes, and a cancel button to enable the user to alter manually if they wish!

To make something like this all work, you add bookmarks to where you want the text boxes to enter the data (you can add in as many added boxes and bookmarks as you like), then tell the form to enter the data at the bookmark location/s of your choice!

If you need any help understanding the VBA script, then just add your questions to this thread so that others can see them!

Default Sorry!

Sorry, maybe I am doing something wrong. The document opens with the control toolbox shown, but nothing else. I don't see where to add the information to the form. I can show the address form in the VBA code & know it's there - but I don't know how to pull it up?

Thanks for any and all help!

Default Got it!

Yep...my fault. I did not save it as a template. As soon as I did, the form opened for me beautifully. It works great, and I am looking into learning how to code it myself. Thanks so much! Will be sure to up your rep!
