Gentle Advisors,
I number my tables, figures and equations with SEQ fields. Every time when I open the document the its format is destroyed by showing {SEQ ...} in the body and in {PAGEREF ...} in the footer. I have to mark all text with Ctrl-A then press Shift-F9 then open the footer for eding and press Shift-F9 again.


How can I see it freindly form my reopened documents at once?

You have Word's field code display toggled 'on'. Pressing Alt-F9 toggles it on/off.

I probably pressed day before yesterday Alt-F9.
I do not remember. Does Word 2007 remember it instead of me?
What shall I do?
Press Alt-F9 again? Where? In an empty document? In the edited long document?
Is there a form where I can mark boxes like
instead of using crazy hot keys?

Word remembers the setting, which you can change whenever you have a document open. The setting applies to all documents. Alt-F9 is the shortcut for changing the option at:
Word Options>Advanced>Show Document Content>Show field codes instead of their values.
