Default microsoft word templates HELP!

Hey I'm trying to figure out how to create a template for microsoft word, a template where if i change the one template it automatically does it for all documents using that template. I also don't want anyone to be able to change the template from the regular documents. So if they are on a document using the template and they try to delete any template content it wont allow it. im using microsoft word 2010 pro.

Basically I need something like dreamweaver templates that manages all the other files. Thanks really appreciate it, couldnt really find anything online

Hi vangxbg,

That suggests you need to spend some time becoming familiar with the workings of content controls and editing restrictions, both of which are available via the Developer tab. See: http://office.microsoft.com/en-us/wo...010354323.aspx

Yes, it's quite possible, which is why I provided the advice and the link. Without something more specific to work with, I can only respond in broad terms.
