Word - text in red and underlined
Somehow I pressed some odd keys and the text I type (into a table - don't know if that's relevant) comes out in red and underscored. I have toggled the underscore option and changed text color to black where that is done. I have also deleted the row. Doesn't matter. Any row I type on now comes out that way. I closed the document and reopened. I looked at and fiddled with all options under Format. Any ideas how to undo this? Thanks. |

You may have managed to turn on Track changes? don't know where to find in it 2000. In menu-based versions I think it used to be under Edit; in the 2010 ribbon it's on the Review tab.
