Hi Dane,

You shouldn't be using the Enter key to force content to a new page, you should use either a manual page break (via Ctr-Enter) or a 'Next Page' Section break (via Page Layout>Breaks> Section breaks: 'Next Page'). The make sure whatever you want o appear on the previous page is inserted before the break (which will move down as needed, without disturbing the content at the top of the next page).

You might be able to redeem most, if not all of the situation via a wildcard Find/Replace, where:
Find = [^13]{3,}
Replace = ^p^m
basically, this tells Word to find any sequence of 3 or more consecutive paragraph breaks and replace them with a single paragraph break followed by a manual page break. The choice of 3 or more consecutive paragraph breaks allows for the possibility you've used pairs of paragraph breaks for inter-paragraph spacing (poor practice, but common). If you haven't done that, you could change the 3 to 2.
