How do you delete the UNDERLINE from a Title that remains on The previous page.

Hi guys having trouble, when i paste pictures on the first page of a document the 2nd page heading creeps up, when i press enter a few times to place it back down again it leave the underline from the title which i cant delete. if anyone could help us with this it'd be great its for an assignment much appreciated guys.
