Making a list of words in an article
I would like some advice on how to make a list of all the words in an article.
I am learning Spanish and would like to focus on the words from some newspapers from El Salvador. My plan is to copy the articles into Word and then make frequency distribution lists of the words in these articles. One way to do this is to rename the existing user dictionary, do a spell check, and create a new dictionary of all the words. This can then be renamed as a list of the words in the article, but this approach is both time consuming and it does not provide a frequency count of the words. I wonder if there might be techniques to make the word lists using Word and then go later make the frequency distribution lists. Thanks much, John |
