Copy & paste problems Word 2010

I have a recipe book with numbered pages 1 to 340 in 3 CVS Memo Books. Example below !I am trying to copy recipes 63 to 127 but when I paste it into a new word document it starts at the Number 1 again. Lets say Recipe 63 was "63.CASSATA/FOCOCCIA " on the original word document it is now Number 1 on the new word document instead of 63 to 127 its 1 to 62. Any ideas how to fix this ? Thanks in advance !!

1. CRÈME CARAMEL/ANGLAISE
2. TULIP / BLONDIE
3. JACONDE / PISTACHIO BAV
4. BANANA MOUSSE
5. CHOC PURSE/BROWNIE

6. TRIPLE CHOC
7. CASSIS & COFFEE MOUSSE

Have you set the numbering to start at 63 in the new document?
