Controlling StyleRef display in header
Hi there,
I am using StyleRef variables in my document header to display Heading1: Heading2 text. This works great except when a Heading1 appears on a page AFTER a Heading2 - then the header is incorrect. For example, let's say on pg 5 there is Heading1 called Loan Process and then a Heading2 called Creating a Loan. In this case it says "Loan Process: Creating a Loan" in the header, which is perfect. However, then on pg 6 the next is a Heading2 called Deleting a Loan and THEN a Heading1 called Teller Operations. Now, in the header it says, "Teller Operations: Deleting a Loan," which is incorrect because "Deleting a Loan" belongs with "Loan Process." Is there a way that I can identify to Word to use the current Heading1 on all pages UNTIL a new Heading1 AND Heading2 appear. That way, the organization of the header will be correct. Maybe I have to change the variables I am using to do this or is there a code I can add to do this? Thanks for any help/direction you can provide. |
