Format Bold in one line makes all lines bold
Hello!
I´ve got a document in word 2010. The whole page is in Normal font. If I highlight one line and type Ctrl+B, ALL the lines go bold, not only the one I highlighted. To get the other lines back to normal again I have to type Ctrl+Z. Is there any setting I can change to prevent this happening? I just want the single line to be in format bold and not all the other lines. Nitte |

Hi
It sounds like you have your "Normal" style set to "Automatically Update". So when you change any text that has a normal style attached to it, it will change any text that has a normal style. You need to go into the style setting and untick the "Automatically Update" option. Tony |
