How to stop MS word writing in margin
how can I get MS Word to stop writing into the right margin? I have tried sliding the right margin left and right but no joy. I tried highlighting the text and going to margins and resetting it - no luck there either. There must be a way to do this.

Hi gerretw,
Your description suggests your problem paragraph(s) have a right indent set outside the margin.

I didn't see any of those triangles on the right side of the ruler indicating the indent was outside the margin. In fact the ruler shows it at 1". On a whim I highlighted the document, changed the style and the document reformatted iself, loosing all of my bullets. So I redid the bullets and it looks normal. Who knew?
