![]() I usually work on my desk top and it has preferences that I made; like extensions and shortcuts on word. I want to put word on my laptop. Is there a way to keep those changes when I put the software on my laptop? Office 2010 |

For shortcuts on the desktop, simply copying them from your existing desktop folder to a usb stick and from there to the new desktop folder should suffice, provided the paths they use are the same.
To copy other Word customisations, see the 'Sticky' at the top of this forum: https://www.msofficeforums.com/word/...locations.html
