Create DDL from Excel source
Hi
I have a number of word documents that have the same list DDL content in each Word document. However, when something changes in the DDL I then have to edit every document to change each DDL. Is there a way I can enter the drop down list content into an Excel spreadsheet, that will automatically show in each of the DDL within each document, so I only need change the Excel source file for the changes to show in each Word document? Thank you in advance. |

What kind of drop-down are you using (eg formfield, useform combo-box, something else)? Do note that whatever the solution might be, it will entail vba programming.
