Default how to create a permanent section?

Hi all,
How do I create a section (with images, text..) that will not move from its position on the screen (unless I move it), even if I scroll down the page or to other pages in the document?

Well, Word isn't a page layout application, so you can't get complete control over pages. Usually, though, you manage just fine with something as simple as putting content in a table cell whose dimensions are fixed (this works well with forms, for example).

I'm not sure I understand how to do it
I inserted a table cell and located it on the page at some location and it stays there when I scroll down, that means it doesnt stay on the screen if I move down to or to another page

Sorry, I misunderstood your initial post. You mean that you want an object to remain in view even if you scroll the page (similar to a frameset in HTML, to take an ancient example)? That can't be done in Word.

Thinking about it, if you literally just want to repeat content, you can of course make use of headers in Word. Usually, headers (or footers) are for page numbers, obviously, but you can anchor a graphic or text box to a header, and it will repeat on all pages using that header. See http://wordfaqs.mvps.org/AnchorToHeader.htm.

Oh no. I want a object/section to be static on the page/screen while I scroll down the page (lets say the document is only one long page). It can be outside of the page borders (on the right side)

Would a text box dragged into the left or right margin work for you?

I'm not sure I understand what you mean or how to do so.
Just drag the text box into the margin? it still stays at that location relative to the page, that is - it moves with the page, disappears from view when I scroll down

Strictly speaking, an anchored object stays with the text paragraph where its anchor resides, but it makes no difference in this case.

Word simply can't do what you are hoping for, I'm afraid.
