It appears that you have not established any styles for your document. In this file, if you change the style for your inserted object from "EY Body Text Bullet 1" to "Normal", you will see your inserted object properly.

Of course, there are many other links that could help, this is just one of them. Hope this helps. (Sorry QTPM/Tony for interupting. I am sure you would have said/recommended something similar.)
