Default From all UPPER CASE to Proper Case

Hi everyone. I have a word doc that has 25 Chapters in it. All the chapters appear as: CHAPTER ONE, CHAPTER TWO, CHAPTER THREE etc. I'd like to change all of them to Proper Case, or: Chapter One, Chapter Two, Chapter Three etc. Does anyone know an easy way, or a way through VBA to do this? I know about arrays and I've done For Each...Next loops...but I can't quite think of an easy way to do this.

Thanks for any help!

Dave

Hi, you can select the text that you want to be changed and then press shift & F3 and it will cycle through different capitalisation choices. (eg. ALL CAPS, First Letter Caps, none caps)

Hope you understand
