Printing two A5 documents on A4 sheet
Hi
I'm using an HP895Cxi printer with Windows Vista. Using Word 2007, I've done a portrait format document which I want to print in duplicate side-by-side on an A4 sheet in landscape mode, which will then be divided down the middle to produce two A5 portrait format 'flyers'. I can almost do what I want. I can print the documents side-by-side, but while the left-hand A5 is fine, with equal margins at either side (the text is centred), the right-hand A5 has a narrower left margin and wider right one, making that flyer look out of kilter. Can anyone help? |

This sounds like a problem with the gutter. Check if you have a non-zero gutter width.
See http://word.tips.net/T000172_Underst...er_Margin.html for a nice explanation. |
