Combining Tracked Changes in WORD
Having an issue combining mutliple documents w/tracked changes in WORD 2010...When multiple documents are combined using the "character level" option, tracked changes involving words show up just fine. However, any tracked changes involving only characters/symbols (like quotes, parentheses, etc.) get duplicated. So if I combine 3 documents where only 1 of the three has the character/symbol tracked change, it's duplicated three times in the combined version - not the tracked change itself, but the characters involved with the change...meaning you have to manually correct the issue even after you accept/reject the callout.
Anyone familiar with this issue or how to correct it? |
