Default Printing Problem!!

Hi I get a problem when I try to print a specific document. So to get down to it we have a Dell 5100 printer in our office and it gives a PCL data violation when we try to print a document originally written in OpenOffice (I have a few other documents written in OpenOffice that print fine) the printer prints out one page and stops. Then I see the PCL data violation on the print screen everytime. I've been reading up on this to figure out the problem and have found very little other then to restart the printer which doesn't work, try printing a web page or other document and both work but i need this specific document and some people say that this is a font error which could make sence because MSOffice does'nt recognize the names of some fonts in this document.I changed all the font to New Times Roman and again I get the same error.Anyone have any ideas on this?
