Excellent answer, I see what you mean, I use the find/replace with html, and it makes perfect sense to use it here too. I hope people having the same problem see this thread, it is very helpful. It is interesting to note that gmail makes paragraphed rich text into one paragraph on Word. Perhaps transferring it straight from plain text is the best way to go. Thanks again and merry Christmas!
