How to remove that pesky empty Page
My word document runs an extra blank page and I have always just activate the paragraph markers (¶), to then delete and that removes the page I can do it now with almost any of my current word .docs ..
But lately I have had two incidences of word docs that will not do this . I have goggled the problem and reports say the same thing .. but my marker will not be deleted it just ignores the backward cursor or delete .. any other advice?/ using XP Office (2002/2003) .. Thanks |

If that unwanted last page occurs immediately after a table, its presence is caused by the 'normal' paragraph that must follow a table. You can usually resolve this by formatting that paragraph with a 1pt font and no 'before' space. Marking it as hidden text may also help.
