Hello,
Currently I have a document with lots of numbering. This is a word file converted from PDF. During the conversion, the "scale" value of the entire text has changed to 79%. I was able to find and replace them via "Find:^?" and replacing them with 100% scale values, however, this method does not select the numbering. Is there any way to use find and replace to find all the numbering in the document and change their "scale" value to 100%? Thanks |

So why not simply select the entire document (Ctrl-A) then re-set the scale to 100%?

Thanks for the reply,
Ctrl+A does not select the numbering (by numbering, I mean Word's automatic numbering such as 1., 2., 3. or a), b), c) etc.), just like it does not select the text in text boxes and the text boxes located in header/footers. That's why I used that command. |

In that case, the text issue is probably with the Style definitions and the numbering issue is probably with the list-level numbering formats, both of which you can correct by fixing the definitions/formats, rather than trying to modify the content directly. As you know, the latter can't be selected and, what you can't select, you can't 'Find'.
