While working on a document, I'd like to be able to copy it to another location.
Don't misunderstand me - I'm aware that I can do a 'save-as', and I can also minimize Word and drag a doc copy to another location. This isn't what I mean. What I'd like to do - if it's possible - is click on a Tool and select say, 'Copy To' and then select a location for a copy of the doc to be sent to. Anyone know if this is possible? I've had a look at the available tools via the 'Customize' option and can't see anything that looks like what I want. I'm using Word 2003 but I can easily load 2007 or 2010 if either of them have such a facility. Thanks for reading this :-) |

Implementing this would require some vba programming, as Word doesn't provide such functionality out of the box.
