Different name file colour

Good Morning – Hope you are all well. I have a folder with similar named documents in with a ‘Master Copy ‘document which we use to create all other documents a. What I would like to be able to do is have the ‘Master Copy’ name file in a different coloured font, is this achievable? Thanks in advance for all your help and advice.. Francis

You are not really using Word the way it is meant to be used. Your so-called 'master document' should be saved as a template, in the templates folder. Then, whenever you want to create a new document, simply choose the relevant template via File|New. Used this way, there is little chance of the template being accidentally overwritten.
