![]() Good Morning – Hope you are all well. I have a folder with similar named documents in with a ‘Master Copy ‘document which we use to create all other documents a. What I would like to be able to do is have the ‘Master Copy’ name file in a different coloured font, is this achievable? Thanks in advance for all your help and advice.. Francis |

You are not really using Word the way it is meant to be used. Your so-called 'master document' should be saved as a template, in the templates folder. Then, whenever you want to create a new document, simply choose the relevant template via File|New. Used this way, there is little chance of the template being accidentally overwritten.
