Custom Page Numbers

Ok it turns out I can't figure this out.

I'm writing a research paper with the following requirements:

Title page has no page number

2nd page: This page should be numbered with a roman numeral two (ii) located at the bottom center of the page. (problem: if I put ii manually in the footer it repeats on all pages)

3rd page and the remainder of the document:The page number should be located in the top right-hand corner at least one inch from right-edge of the page. (problem: how do I start from page 3 with page number and counting, if I put 3 in header it'll repeat, and if I turn on normal page numbering, it the 2nd page will have 2 in addition to ii.

I need this information ASAP.
