Printing a Page Range
If I print a range of pages (for example, 3-4) the printer will print pages iii, iv, 1, 2, 3, 4. Does anyone know how to cure this, besides highlighting the pages I want? All I want are the pages numbered 3 and 4. (My scenario involves more than the pages given in the example.)
