Highlighting from Restricted Editing
I have a Mutual Confidentiality Agreement created in Word. I’ve used the Editing Restrictions to lock 99% of the document allowing colleagues to change dates, addresses and names and personalise it for use with our customers. The areas that are allowed to be changed are highlighted with a yellow tint and square brackets which Word appears to do automatically. How do get rid of these once the document has been completed and is ready to send to a customer, without me giving the Password to my colleagues who will then turn off the protection, thus giving them access to amend the rest of the document? We don’t want to send the document to our customers with the amended areas still highlighted. Any help would be gratefully received.
