![]() Based on 2007 Here is how: First, when I am experimenting, I like to have a basic test document to learn on, so on a blank page I type the following: =rand(3,15) <Enter> to have text... And save as "TestEraseMe" so I can easily go back if I screw up Next, I usually turn on the backward P to see my moves: Home tab Paragraph group Okay, now what I would do: With my test doc open and saved, I go down to where I want to change my Page Size: Page Layout tab Page Setup Group at Breaks, I click the small downward arrow by it Select "Section Break" Section Break, Next Page (A Next Page section break stops the current page and starts a new page. However, the new page is also a new Section. A Next page break is similar to inserting a new page break, but creates a new section, as well.) Now, my 2 page test document is in 2 parts, which I can now format differently from each other, e.g., one section Sized A4, and another Sized A5 You can, of course, break up your document into as many sections as you want to change If you use 2003, do the above moves here to see how: |
