Hi Richard
Are you able to post a sample document with anything sensitive removed. I will have a look to see if it is easy to write a short macro to automatically remove the warning header when you open a document from SharePoint. It may depend also on where your normal document templates are stored also, either on a server or on local machines. Do you know the answer to this? Tony
