Would anyone have tutorials on how to automate Word 2010 such as custom Tab with automated features

Start with Customize the Ribbon (It doesn't take rocket science)
Move to the book RibbonX: Customizing the Office 2007 Ribbon - by Robert Martin, Ken Puls, and Theresa Hennig

I'm assuming you already know vba and programming.

Is there any difference between Word 2007 and Word 2010 for the Ribbon...i only started with 2010
