Stephan,

Thank you for the reply.

As i have almost finished the project i wanted to use it for it is no longer important.

Whast I was doing is printig out some place cards for my renewal of vows, i've got three to a page, the left one the ruler is easy to use, the right one it's a pain.

But then I very often find that I would like to align something on the right of the page and the ruler is on the left , and it is always a downer, I'm quite suprised that no one else sees this, I have noticed it for a long while. If you are using an actual paper exersize It is easy you move the ruler to the right of the page, but word your stuck, somone in "Micrososft" has decreed it only needs to be on the left so on the left it will stay.

Thanks anyway.
