I hope someone can help me.

I always have problems with bullets.

I'll insert a bullet into a doc that already has text, then somewhere along the way when trying to move paragraphs up or down the bullet won't stay. Word keeps deleting it & then the bullet icon in the toolbar is greyed out.

Normally I can fix this with making sure all of my track changes are accepted, but in this file now that's not working.

When I closed the file & reopened it, the menu wasn't greyed out anymore, but the same thing happened again, added bullet, then in the next parag. Word deletes the bullet, moves the parag. left justified & I'm back to square 1.

Over the years others have had the same issue with some of my docs.

Please help.
