Unwanted moving lines around text

Hi comunity,
Please does anybody know how to remove the red moving lines around the text? I don´t know how it had appeared.

Document is in attachement.

Does this happen in all documents?
New documents?

This is a font formatting text effect called Red Ants that was available in Word 2003 but is not in Word 2007.

If it is in all text, you have this in your normal.dotm's style definition. Find your normal.dotm file and rename it with Word closed. See if that helps.
