Recently I have an issue, after I email to someone with a attach Word file. When the receiver open the file, all the words stick together like below:

Sometimes, I save the Word file in Word 2003 format, it fixes the issue but sometimes not.



Do anyone know the reason? I highly appreciate your help to fix the issue,

Hi Manh,

That suggests the recipient's Word installation might not have been properly configured with an attached printer or that, perhaps, you're using a non-standard font that is not available on their computer. As an alternative, you could save the document in pdf format and send that.
