Question Picture looks fine on screen, but is printing out pixelated.

I'm using Windows XP at work, and I'm trying to print out a dvd label. I was using a Mac before, and it printed out fine. Now, I open the same word file on a PC and it keeps printing out pixelated and very low quality. Is it because the file was created on a mac? Or are there some settings that I can't seem to find? Help!

It may help if you attached the graphic so others could view the file and provide you with a solution.
