Smile Word macro tutorials

Hello, does anyone know of any good tutorials for Microsoft Word 2010 Macros.
I am a novice at macros, so if anybody could give me an easy to follow and understand tutorial that would be great.
Thanks in advance.

Here is the site I started with: http://word.mvps.org/FAQs/MacrosVBA/index.htm

Here are three books that I'm using:
The first book looks at Word using both vba and visual studio.
I still use Writing Word Macros by Steve Roman, from O'Reilly even though I think it was written for Word 2000.
