Mark Up and Tech support issues
My boss recently purchased a new 27" Imac with Lion operating system. The Microsoft Office/ Word on it won't disengage Mark Up on a permanent basis and the font size keeps changing when she copy and paste from one document to another. I have been on the phone with Tech support from India to Santa Monica for almost two hours. At this point at only 11:55am my day has become pure hell! PlEASE HELP ME!

The 'Mark Up' settings are controlled from the Review tab. Which of those settings is giving problems?
As for the copy & paste issue, that is a simnple matter of setting Word's paste options. On an PC, you'd find them under File|Options|Advanced>Cut, Copy & Paste.
