Question 2013: “show text boundaries” has changed!

2013: “show text boundaries” has changed!

The “show text boundaries” option in the previous version was indicating the boundary of the page according to the setting of the margins. But in now in 2013 what does it mean as it is appearing in each single line (screenshots are attached)?

Thank you

Best

Jamal
