MS Word, is there anyway to set this program like a normal data processor? ie,
single space, no caps at beginning of every sentence and so on. Thanks

If you want to change the defaults, you can do so in the Manage Styles dialog box. Create a new, blank document, for example by pressing Ctrl+N. In the Styles pane (Ctrl+Alt+Shift+S), click the Manage Styles button. On the Set Defaults tab, make the desired changes. Before clicking OK, select "New documents based on this template." If/when you are prompted to save the Normal template, choose to do so.
