Default Save as delimited text

I'm trying to convert a Word form that my company uses to track different errors. I have taken their Word form and created a template, so that I can extract the data and push it right into a database, instead of having the users copy and paste all of the information from the form into the Access database. I have successfully transferred data from Word into Access, but I have to go in and change the setting in Word on every form to write it to a delimited text file. I was just looking to see if there was any coding or macro that would convert it for me by the touch of a button. I know how to create the button on the form, I'm just looking for some help with the coding. I've read things on the TransferText command, but can't seem to get anything to work. Any help would be appreciated.
