Hi Bill,
If you have the Procedure ID typed somewhere in the body of the document (eg on a cover page), you can assign the ID a unique Style name use StyleRef fields in the header & footer to replicate that ID on every page. See: http://support.microsoft.com/kb/141994 http://wordfaqs.mvps.org/StyleRef.htm
