Custom Pagination

Hi there,
I want to perform custom pagination in my word document. The page number order should be like below:
First three page should not contain any number( because they are introduction pages) and after this three page, page number should be begin with number 1.

Here's a good web page that will show you how to do it. If you still can't get it, I'll upload a document and show you how to do it. While at the very top of page 4, do an Insert\break\new page at the very bottom of page 3. In page 4 setup your pagination and header or footer. You must click "link to previous" icon of header/footer toolbar as this will unlink pages 1,2,3 from the rest of the document. Just click it once, and then go manually remove the first 3 pages numbers if they don't automatically disappear. I'll walk you through it if you still have trouble.
