Question AZWizard Module - ?hidden module

Every time I click to open Word, I receive this alert message: Compile error in hidden module: AZWizard module.

What does this mean and what do I need to do to correct it? Many thanks for assistance.

It means that somehow you have an Add-In that isn't working, probably named A-ZWizard.

How to find out whether any Word Add-ins have been installed
