MS Query date format
Hi,
in a word 2003 document I've linked an Access 2003 table that contains some date fields. When I open the document it's all ok, but the date fields have the "mm/dd/yyyy" format instead of "dd/mm/yyyy". I verified that the Access table shows dates correctly. Is it possible to modify the date format in ms query link? How can I do that? Thanks. Kind Regards. Remigio |

I solved by creating a sub query that formats the date as I need.

Hi Remigio,
If this is for a mailmerge, you can simply add a date format switch to the mergefields in Word.

No, it is not for mailmerge, I simply want to show an Access table in a Word document.
I solvet using a query that read the table, in this query dates are formatted as I need. Thanks. Remigio |
