For example for text fields I want to have the ability to write in text fields with a fixed font for example times new roman and also for picture, user can crop picture but user cannot remove and delete picture, thanks Charles.
I know there are some options for restrict editing in micro-soft word, but I have not seen something to restrict moving, but it is possible, the most problem that I have, is for restricting edition of pictures, when you select restring editing, word and select option of filling in forms, only change that you can do in document is that you can fill in the forms, also there is an option in settings under formatting restrictions that when you want to customize editing options there is not thing for pictures! I use word 2010! I hope I said the problem clear. I appreciate it, if an expert tells me if this is possible or not! |

For the text, you can use a legacy form field in a document protected for forms.
I don't know of anyway to keep a picture that can be cropped from being deleted. You might be able to place opaque white objects in front of the edges of the picture instead of cropping using vba but it would be a lot of trouble. You can also use picture-picker content controls but I don't think those allow you to limit editing. I am not an expert on graphics in Word and am high-intermediate when it comes to Forms and form fields. Probably the expert I would go to for answers on limiting picture editing would be Graham Mayor. Microsoft Word Tips |

IMHO there's no real benefit in trying to restrict users to cropping, but not deleting pictures. Consider what happens when you crop the entire picture ...
In any event, Word has no native functionality for such selective picture-editing restrictions.

Well, thanks both of you, I am reading it, now if we want to make a picture field that the picture is changeable but the field is not delete-able, what should we do then? I uploaded sample.docx that has a text field and an image field, you can edit text fields and change the text but for picture you cannot do anything unless you enter password that is 1. How can we prevent the field of the picture from deleting but user can change the picture?
