It isn't easy.

Why are there "blank" pages? Are they really blank?

Turn on display of non-printing formatting characters. Do you see anything on the "blank" pages, including even one paragraph mark or manual page break?

I forced in blank pages. For example to force chapter start to odd number pages.

Yes there is pagebreak. I inserted it in. "INSERT blank page".

Header and footer fully displayed currently on blank pages.

I don't want to see any header or footer.

Maybe the message in the body area: "This page is blank intentionally."

Take a look at Section Break - Odd Page
If you use this, you won't have anything printed on the blank page, but will have a blank page if it would be an even number.
The question is usually the opposite, people want a header/footer on such a blank page.

Manual page breaks should be avoided as a matter of course. They make documents difficult to edit. You can use page break before formatting for headings to start on a new page or can use next-page or odd-page section breaks.

Thanks Charles.

I just added to content to the blank pages.

For my next book I will really learn the section breaks. They are very powerful, yet treacherous at the same time.

They're only treacherous when you don't know that they are there or don't understand them. Word inserts them without telling you about it when you make page layout changes like columns or page orientation.
