Smile Office 2010 - insert character after each line.

Is it possible to insert a character after each line in an office document ?

Eks.

line one|
line two|
line three|
line four|
line five|

The character needed to insert, is a so called Pipeline character (|)

The document is 2600 pages, so it is not possible to do this manually.

Have a good evening

First, it would be possible to do it manually, just painful and time consuming.

Word is a text-reflow word processing program, not a text editor. What are you going to be reading this with?

I suspect that you could do better converting your Word document to plain text and using a text editor.

Try a wildcard Find/Replace with:
Find = [^11^13]
Replace = |^&

Point taken Charles, it is possible It doesn`t really matter if it is done in word or any teksteditor.
However I still donīt know how to do this. Do you have a solution ?

I just tried to use the find/replace funktion, but I canīt find a way to search for end of line, neither how to insert the character.

Did you try the wildcard Find/Replace expression I provided?

Yes I did

I pasted [^11^13] in find
and |^& in Replace.

But no luck.
