Default Where can I see the current hidden word properties values in Word 2007?

As known from Word2003 in the next version Word 2007 there are as well a couple of hidden Word property values (for each *.doc file).

Where EXACYTLY can I see the current values of a certain *.doc (and change them in the entry fields) ?

What exactly do you mean by hidden property value of a document?
Are you referring to properties like Summary, Author, Comments, Revisions etc? Or something else?
